Delayed flight, but the villa is fab!

Our 11.15 flight didn't take off until 1pm. It was still a 9 hour flight, so we didn't touch down until just after 5pm EST, feeling quite tired and emotional :teeth: . Still, we were driving away from the airport by 6pm, so that's not bad.

The villa is sensational! I was expecting it to be pretty special, but it's even more amazing than I'd imagined.

Matt and Daryl are playing pool and drinking beer. No surprise there, then. It's now 9.15pm EST, so 2.15am to my poor addled brain. I think it's just adrenaline keeping me going at the moment.

Sorry about the flight - but the villa sounds wonderful! At least you have ages and ages to get over your trip. I love the beginning of a holiday, that sense of all that time spread out before you to enjoy yourself and relax.....Have a wonderful time - and I hope you feel more like yourself today!

I think the current score is something like 20/10. Needless to say, not in Matt's favour! In his defence, we had a doubles match last night and, as you know, I'm even worse than Matt. I do some good trick shots, though. ;) Disappointingly, the picture on the wall of the games room is of some famous golfers. What's all that about? Don't they know that feline photos are the art du jour?

Surprisingly busy today. Not mega busy, just loads of people around The Land, in particular. Did Soarin' twice. :teeth:

I think it probably had something to do with the fact that both Test Track and the Wonders of Life pavilion are both closed - the crowds were concentrated in the places that were open. There weren't many cars in the lot. :confused3

Shula's Steak House Mandy is in The Dolphin Hotel, and is supposed to be fabulous.
